Health Considerations
Please notify us of any health issues and medical conditions you may have, such as allergies, injuries, pregnancy and any other important issues in your life we should know about so we can ensure you receive the most appropriate care.
We strongly recommended that you do not consume alcohol or eat full meals prior to and immediately after any treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Please respect a 24-hour notice period should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For bookings of more than 2 people and for treatment packages a 48-hour notice period is required.
If a cancellation is made with less than 4 hours notice before treatment, a 50% cancellation fee of the total will be charged; a 100% fee applies for any no-shows. A 30% charge is added to our quoted prices for treatments starting after 9PM.
