Pilates
Pilates emphasises the importance of the mind to control the body, seeking balance and unity between the two. It focuses on strengthening the deep muscular system to achieve better stability and firmness to the spine, making it widely used a rehabilitation therapy and to prevent and cure body or back pain.
Pilates is practiced on a mat or on the reformer, a specifically developed machine for guidance while exercising. Classes are tailored to the needs and capabilities of each student either individually or in groups – classes at your location are performed on a mat (reformer only at our studio in Santa Gertrudis).

Medical Training Therapy (MTT)
Medical training therapy is a physio-therapeutic treatment concept used mainly in later stages of rehabilitation. The aim of medical training therapy is to regenerate and improve muscle functions such as strength, endurance, stability and coordination. We provide you with a plan for exercising and training tailored to your needs, both with guidance of a therapist and to do on your own.
